I am Pilates trained and mentored by Peter Sheehy at the Australian Pilates Academy.I initially moved into Pilates to aid in strengthening and to protect myself from injury and to maintain match fitness, while working and touring as a vocalist.
As an instructor, Tara intends to motivate self-belief and self-discipline in all her clients—aligning mind, body, and spirit. She specializes in rehabilitation, and beginners through to advance Pilates floor work.
Upon completing the Pilates course, the client will have an increased level of all-over body strength and flexibility, feeling energized and lengthened. An awareness of the importance and power of correct breathing and the knowledge of how to properly activate T-Line and core strength to apply in their everyday life to nurture and protect their spine for a pain-free life.
